Refund Policy

Refund Policy for our Physical Products
Thanks for purchasing our products on www.alpha-makeup.com operated by
Alpha Makeup.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the products within 30
calendar days of your purchase.The product(s) must be in the same conditions
in which you have received it/them and undamaged as well as unused in any
way.
After we have received your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect and
process your refund.The money will be refunded to the original payment
method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 10 to 20 business days for a refund to show
up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30
calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Online courses are valid to return if you've not watched more than 5% of the course.

Digital and physical certificates are not refundable as there is no guarantee from the customer's side that they will not be used and the effort to generate and create them is already non-refundable.
